Question 1

Who are Maisons Munchies?

Accepted Answer

We're a family-run sweet business based in Attleborough, Norfolk, sharing the flavours of childhood and creating new memories with every treat.

Question 2

What sweets do you sell?

Accepted Answer

Traditional Pick 'n' Mix favourites, retro classics, fizzy and sour sweets, gummies, chocolate and sugar-free sweets. Browse the shop for our current selection.

Question 3

How does Pick & Mix work?

Accepted Answer

Choose a bag size, fill it with as many different sweets as you like using the scoop counter, then review and add it to your basket. We scoop and weigh it by hand.

Question 4

How will my order reach me?

Accepted Answer

Delivery options, costs and timings are confirmed at checkout before you pay, and we'll keep you updated once your order is on its way. If you'd like to know more beforehand, just ask us.

Question 5

Can I customise my order?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Build a Pick 'n' Mix exactly how you like it, or message us if you'd like something put together for a gift or an occasion.

Question 6

Do you cater for allergies?

Accepted Answer

Our sweets are hand-packed in an area that also handles other confectionery, so we can't guarantee any product is free from traces. If you have an allergy, please contact us before ordering and we'll check the current information for you.

Question 7

Something's wrong with my order — what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as soon as you can with your order reference and a photo if possible, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Question 8

How do I contact you?

Accepted Answer

Email maisonsmunchies@yahoo.com, call 07572 976230, or use the contact form — a real person always replies.
