If something's wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not of satisfactory quality, contact us as soon as you can with your order reference and a photo if possible, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Food products

As our products are food, some items can't be returned once opened, or where they're perishable or mixed to your own choice. This reflects UK consumer law and doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Changed your mind?

Get in touch as quickly as you can. If your order hasn't been packed and sent yet, we can usually cancel it for you.
