These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Maisons Munchies, a family-run sweet business based in Attleborough, Norfolk, UK.

They are written for a UK business and are intended to sit alongside your rights under UK consumer law, not to replace them.

You may browse and use this website for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Please do not misuse the site — for example by attempting to interfere with it, placing fraudulent orders, or copying our images and text for use elsewhere without our permission.

Product photographs are illustrative. Sweet shapes and colours can vary a little between batches.

Before completing your order, please check the details carefully — the products, quantities, prices, your contact details and the delivery or collection information you have given us.

We will confirm the details of your order to you by email once it has been placed. If we cannot fulfil an order, or part of one, we will let you know and refund anything you have paid for the items we cannot supply.

All prices are shown in GBP. Pick & mix is sold by bag size and weighed by hand, with a small tolerance.

Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout. Your card details are entered directly with that provider — we do not see or store your full card details.

Delivery and collection arrangements are confirmed to you before you pay, and we will keep you updated once your order is on its way.

If you have a question about how or when your order will reach you, please contact us and we will tell you exactly what applies to your order.

If something is wrong with your order — it arrives damaged, incorrect or not of satisfactory quality — please contact us as soon as you can, with your order reference and a photo where possible, and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.

Because our products are food, some items cannot be returned once they have been opened, or where they are perishable or have been made or mixed to your personal choice. This reflects the position under UK consumer law and does not affect your statutory rights.

If you change your mind about an order, contact us as quickly as possible. If it has not yet been packed and sent, we will usually be able to cancel it for you.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits your legal rights as a consumer where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our sweets are hand-packed in an area that also handles other confectionery, so we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of other ingredients.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering and we will check the current information for the products you are interested in.

We take care to make sure the information on this website is accurate and that your order is packed and sent properly.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under UK consumer law relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will apply only to the extent that it can, and the remaining terms will continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order, and when we make a meaningful change we will show the date of that update here.
